HR Management Solutions act on behalf of clients to recruit a wide variety of personnel, from straightforward administrators, through graduate recruitment programmes and technical staff up to a senior level.

We don't work on a percentage like a recruitment agency but consider it another service that we provide our clients in an "outsource" capacity. We work with you to understand exactly the kind of people you are searching for and remove the timeconsuming initial stages of recruitment - advertising, CV searching and screening, initial interviews etc., freeing you up to concentrate on your core business.

Again, this can be modular, with the clients being involved as much or as little as they wish.
