Melanie Poole, the Managing Director, has spent 20 years in corporate business management, much of it in HR and recruitment. She has worked for businesses ranging from a five man start up enterprise to a 70,000 employee multinational corporation.

During her varied career, Melanie has been responsible for most aspects of HR management. With an in-depth understanding of the necessity for business managers to focus on strategic direction and bottom line performance, she sees the role of HR Management Solutions as an easy and cost effective route to ensuring a productive and motivated workforce.
